    Stopped in here on Saturday morning around 10am, the parking lot was a nightmare, people zooming in and out, also, all of the spots at Dunks were taken, so people were parking at Pizza Hut just to get into this location.  The drive thru was packed, so we decided to just park at PH and walk in.
    Service was quick, but not so friendly. All I wanted was a cheddar cheese bagel twist (which they did not have) and the wife got a pumpkin coffee.  We settled on donut holes which were fresh and delightfully delicious.
    The woman behind the counter was clearly flustered because of it being so busy, I felt bad for her, but I work in customer service too and I know that no matter how busy it is, you should keep a friendly attitude and a smile on your face.
    There are several other Dunks locations in Rochester and for some reason they all charge different prices for the same products, this one charges more than the usual location I frequent.

    Fucking awful, if I could give one star I would. They focus way more on the stupid on the go app and the drive through instead of the people waiting inside. The listening skills they have are awful since they gave me the wrong order. Awful just awful.

    If you go here any time in the morning, especially on Sunday, be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more. Also prepare for them to get your order wrong. Just go to one of the other 200 DD locations around

    Absolutely the worst cream cheese job I've ever seen! I asked for an iced chai and they gave me a chai collata. Unbelievable. Will not be back do not recommend

    Same coffee as all the other dunkins, but absolutely TERRIBLE drive thru skills. I have never got the right food item and always too far down the road to turn around. Yes, I could check before leaving, but this group is terrible and expect the wrong item... and usually a cheaper item than you paid for!
